Absolutely disgusted with the lack of attention and treatment given to my 5 year old son who had burns to his foot from stepping in hot coals from a camp fire , was left for an hour in the shower with his nanna running water over it yet obs weren't taken for around 2 and a half hours because there is not even a doctor there and one nurse who seemed more intent on treating the easy patients because her shift was ending . How this place can call itself a hospital when in a peak holiday time in a town that bases its entire income on tourism is so well and truly understaffed is beyond me . Not good enough WA health service

Nursing staff are excellent - very attentive and caring.The doctor appears to suffer from a tragic case of short man syndrome - absolutely diabolical bedside manner.

I attended with my daughter, who had fallen off a playground. The ladies were just extraordinary; they all went the extra mile; even did an X-ray. Thank you, ladies, for making a stressful situation so much nicer for my daughter and me

Injured my foot while walking in the national park which required treatment. Went to the medical center about 7:30 at night, 2 nurses were on duty. Both were very pleasant and more than caring. Had to have a small procedure done on my foot, which they done very well. Could not have asked for or got got better treatment and genuine care anywhere. Thank you so much, sorry I forgotten your names so can't thank you personally.

I rushed my 7 month old child here today while on holiday for a week as we have had continuous issues with a nasty viral infection.The staff were absolutely incredible and I can’t praise them enough.I had a Telehealth appointment with a Dr on call and I cannot fault a single thing from anyone there.I arrived as a very nervous and anxious mum and left feeling very reassured that my babe is going to be ok.You are all a credit to this town.

Needed help on a Sunday and could not be more impressed with all the staff and their care. Thanks to all of you and the town is lucky to have such a good facility.

Arrived here on 11 June. I was suffering great pain from a back injury. Ian the nurse looked after me with great compassion. He did a number of tests. There was no doctor on duty but was able to speak to one via video link. Was prescribed heavy duty pain killers. This emergency department is open 24/7.

Attended 5 days ago after breaking my leg and foot.. Excellent first class care run by nurses who liaise with emergency doctors via telehealth. Ambos were great. All worked together in a calm, professional and caring manner to make me comfortable in prep for transfer to Geraldton. Thankyou!!

I cut my foot and leg surfing at Jacques point and had to go and get some stitches. The staff were excellent. They were patient with me and were very thorough with there observations ,procedures and advice. They really cared for my wellbeing making sure I had a shower and scrubbed my wound clean of any bacteria. Thanks to the nurses and doctor I’m well in my way to recovery. Thanks ladies and gents. I really appreciate it. I’ll be back to surf Jacques another day. My wife is trying to ban me but we’ll both have to compromise and I’ll wear booties. Have a nice day.CheersChris
